The former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has congratulated popular Nigerian musician, Wiskid for emerging as the best international act at the MOBO awards.

Former president Goodluck Jonathan took to his twitter handle to express joy over wizkid emergence.

Jonathan stated that it gives him joy each time he sees Nigerians break records and take the name of the country to a greater height.


He also commended the popular Nigeria musician, Wizkid for his emergence over popular American musician, JAY-Z and Drake.

We can destroy US with our newly launched intercontinental Ballistic missile - North Korea

North Korea has announced its successful launch of intercontinental ballistic missile test describing the missile as the most powerful missile ever tested.

The Hwasong-15 missile which was launched on the early hour of Wednesday 29 November, 2017. The missile was also described as the most powerful missile ever tested by North Korea.


North Korea state television reports that the missile was successfully tested and landed in Japanese waters but it flew higher than any other missile the North Korea has ever tested in the past months.


State television also report that Pyongyang had achieved its mission of becoming a nuclear state. Noting that the missile reached an altitude of 4,475km (2,780 miles) and flew 950km in 53 minutes. 


Meanwhile, China, the United States has condemned the missile test by North Korea.

President Buhari Sympathizes with Chief, Oyegun and members of APC for the loss of senior party member Atiku Abubakar.

The president has sympathized with the National chairman of APC and every member of the party for loosing former Vice president, Atiku Abubakar.

President, Muhammadu Buhari used the medium to express his sympathy to the party chairman, Chief John Oyegun and other senior officials in the party that were present in the event.


The president during the inauguration held in Abuja the capital president Buhari while making routine greetings before his remark, turned and looked at the Chairman of the party, APC and said.

BREAKING; Former vice president, Atiku finally dumps APC gives reasons; "A party that does not take the YOUTHS into account is a dying party." Lol😂

Former Vice president, Atiku Abubakar has finally tendered his resignation in the ruling party, APC giving reasons to his resignation he describe the party as not involving the youths.



The former vice president in a statement said that the All progressive Congress has diviated from the planed structure made before for the betterment of the people.

Describing the party, APC as a died party noting that any party that does not take the youths into account is a dying party.

The statement reads;

"While other parties have purged themselves of the arbitrariness and unconstitutionality that led to fractionalization, APC had adopted those same practices and even gone beyond them to constitute a regime of a draconian clampdown on all forms of democracy within the party and the government it produced.


"Only last year, a governor produced by the party wrote a secret memorandum to the president which ended up leaked. In that memo, he admitted that APC had not only failed to manage expectations of a populace that expected overnight Change but has failed to deliver even mundane matters of governance.

"Of the party itself, that same governor said Mr. President, Sir your relationship of the party, both the formal (NWC) and informal (Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso), and former governors of ANPP, PDP that joined us and ACN is perceived by the most observers to be at best frosty.


"Many of them are aggrieved due to what they consider total absence of consultations with them on your part and those you have assigned such duties.

"Since that memorandum was written up until today, nothing has been done to reverse the treatment meted out to those of us invited to join the APC on the strength of a promise that has proven to be false.


"If anything, those behaviours have actually worsened. But more importantly, the party we put in place has failed and continues to fail our people. How can we have a federal cabinet without even one single youth.

"A party that dose not take the youths into account is a dying party. The future belongs to young people. I admit that I and others who accepted the invitation to join the APC were eager to make positive changes for our country that we fell for a mirage.


"Can you blame us for wanting to put a speedy end to the sufferings of the masses of our people?

"I hereby tender my resignation from APC while I take time to ponder my future."

Adamu took to his Facebook page to express dissapointment on the APC government over the 2017 N-power program which has neglited the northern part of the country led by the vice president, prof. Yemi Osinbajo.

Ex Vice President of Nigeria Alex Ekwueme is dead

The Nigeria second republic vice president, Dr. Alex Akwueme was said to have passed away on Sunday 19 November, 2017 at a London clinic.


In a statement signed by the ex vice president's brother and the traditional ruler of Oko in his state, Anambra State, Igwe Laz Ekwueme.

The statement reads

"Ekwueme family regrets to announce the peaceful passing away of their patriarch, the former vice president of the federal republic of Nigeria Dr. Alex Ifeanyichukwu Ekwueme (GCON).


"The said event occured at the London clinic at 10:00pm on Sunday 19th November, 2017."

Earlier reports stated that the former vice-president collapsed in his Enugu residence and was immediately rushed to the memfys Neurosurgery Hospital Enugu where he relapsed and went into coma.


Recall that president, Mohammadu Buhari had call for the ex vice-president be frown abroad for immediate medical treatment when he got the reports of the health status of Dr. Ekwueme.

A beautiful Nigerian girl identified as Gloria Ezenwugo has called out good Nigerians for help over unpaid school fees.


The Facebook user Gloria Ezenwugo who took to her page to call out Nigerians to help her as she is about going to law school.

Gloria Ezenwugo started that although she comes from a comfortable family and now that she has been posted to Enugu State law school her school of 295,000 is difficult to raise since her mother selling roasted yam has tried to see her through all through her years in the university.


The beautiful law graduate pleaded with Nigerians to help her raise the money as to enable pay her school fees that is even outside text books and other necessary things as to help her complete the course.

She wrote:

"Good evening everyone, I am making this post out of frustration, I never wanted to do this but since situation has left me with no choice then I'll just do it.

"This week, I was posted to NIGERIA LAW SCHOOL, ENUGU CAMPUS. This brought me great joy but however with some restrictions to it, due to the fact that I have been unable to raise my complete school fees of 295,000, outside textbooks and other neccesities i need to be equipped with to complete this course.

JUST IN: Governor, Nyesom Wike clashes with minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi in Port Harcourt

The governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike's convoy has clashed with the Honourable minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi also the former governor of the state.


According to a statement from the governors spokesperson, Simeon Nwakaudu he said that the governor was on projects inspection in the city and claimed that the minister's convoy attacked the governors vehicle at Trans Amadi road, Nwanja junction.

In a statement obtained by Naij.com he said;

"The SARS personnel and soldiers in the ministers convoy hit down the governors escort rider and attacked the policemen in the pilot car.


"Mr Debewari aide-de-camp to the minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, supervised the attack which included damage of cameras held by journalists. 

Also part of the attack was the Commander of Rivers SARS, Mr Akin Fakorede who received the minister of transportation at the Port Harcourt international Airport and accompanied him on his trip.


"After the attack, the Rivers State governor continued with his inspection of projects. Governor Wike was not harmed, despite the attack."

Nigeria police rated as the worst police in the world

The Nigeria police has been ranked the worst police in the world following the 2016 World Internal Security and police index (WISPI) report.


The results which was obtained through the Trends in internal security and policing, Trends by Domain: capacity, process and legitimacy and outcomes.

The cable reports that the World Internal Security and Police Index (WISPI) was released by two bodies. 1. The international Police Science Association, 2. Institutes for Economics and Peace.


The two bodies revealed that terrorism has been one of the greatest threat to internal security noting that terrorism increased sporadically over the last three years between the year 2012 and 2014 living more than 62,000 people killed in terrorist attacks.

The bodies also revealed that the highest rise of terrorist attack that killed thousands of people occurred last year in Nigeria the worst performing country on the World Internal Security and Police Index (WISPI).

On the index, the Nigeria Police performed worst followed by the Republic of Congo, Kenya, Uganda and Pakistan.

Meanwhile, the Nigeria Police Force spokesman, Jimoh Moshood has rejected the report stating that Nigeria Police Force is the best in Africa. 

Man uses victims seeking 3,000 naira daily job as pepper soup in a restaurant

A Facebook post that has been circulating on the internet has revealed how a man uses 3,000 naira scam job lure people to their early grave.



The post warns people seeking for job to be very careful most especially those signboard which states job vacancy 3,000 daily.

It was gathered that the man on handcuff directs his victims who came seeking for the job to a certain location were they go and never return. Kill them and use them for pepper soup.

Reports has it that the neighbors smelt something funny on the man and informed the police and he was arrested in a smooth operation carried out.

Niger Delta Avengers calls out Tompolo, Remember camp 5, calls off cease fire agreement with the FG

The Niger Delta Avengers has called off the cease fire agreements with the federal government of Nigeria threatened to resume attacks on oil installation in the region.


The militant group took to its website to notify the federal government on its cease fire agreement stating that the federal government of Nigeria only interest is just on the crude oil in the region and not the interest of the people.

According to its spokesperson, Mudoch Agbinibo said that the intelligence Unit of its group has gathered from all sources in the government that the government seem to deal with fraudster in the region.


It also accused the office of the Director General of DSS, Office of National Security Adviser, Office of the Minister for transportation, Rotimi Amaechi as conniving with some fraudster in the Niger Delta region who has bent on nothing until the government destroys its effort of the sincere Niger Delta people at Economic, Social and political freedom.

Agbinibo also said that;

"We have just concluded head count of our operatives across the country, we are pleased to announce that all our operatives are intact and focused; ready to implement instructions from the High Command of the NDA in the going few days."


The group also warned the oil companies operating in the region as saying.

"This outing will be brutish, brutal and bloody as we are shall crush everything we meet on our path to completely put off the fires that burn to flair gas in our communities and cut every pipe that moves crude away from our region. We can assure you that every oil installation in our region will feel warmth of the wrath of the Niger Delta Avengers.

The group also called out Ex Niger Delta warlord, Tompolo and PANDEF stating that they have lost faith in Tompolo and vowed never to heed to any advice from the elders in the future.


Agbinibo said;

"The recent disruption of the PANDEF 4th National Assembly by the Nigerian government is the final evidence we needed to conclude that the federal government of Nigeria reserves not even an iota of respect for you." 

He said.

Ohanaeze Ndigbo receives UN officials over Biafra agitation in the region

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo has received the United Nations delegates in the south east region following the growing tension on Biafra agitation in the region.


The United Nations officials praised the efforts of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo for quelling the recent crisis that is rocking the south eastern region of the country.

The UN delegates who said that the international

organization were concerned with the uproaring activities rocking the region through the Biafra agitation and other development activities.

The UN delegates who were, Mohamed Ibn Chambas a UN special secretary general, Antonio Guterres. While expressing deep concern, Chambas pleaded with the leaders, politicians in the region to collaborate with other regions in the federation to strengthen the Unity of the Country.

His words;

"The secretary general believes in this one Nigeria project because he had always said that a united peaceful Nigeria is not only for the people of Nigeria, but indeed for the people of West Africa and for all of African.

"We know the strength the people of south east bring to Nigeria and to the sub region. There is hardly a single country in West Africa where you will not find enterprising person from the South East who are in their own right economic ambassadors of the federal republic of Nigeria." He said.

Also speaking at the meeting the president general of the Igbo socio-cultural group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Ntia Nwodo said;

"We had very fruitful and frank discussions with Ambassador Chambas. He has assured us that the United Nations represents prevention of conflict, represents promotion of development in a manner that improves qualities of life and present resort to conflicts and protects human rights."

Nwodo also stated that Ohanaeze had written to the UN over the security infrastructure in Nigeria as it affects the Igbo people.

Those in attendance at the meeting were, president general Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Nnia Nwodo, deputy president general, former deputy governor of Ebonyi State, Alex Ogbonnia and many others.

Every transactions carried out with metuh was legal - Dasuki finally opens up.

Former national security adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki has revealed to the federal high court sitting in Abuja that every transactions he carried out with metuh was legal.


Dasuki revealing his transaction processes before Justice Okon Abang of the federal high court sitting in Abuja said that while he was on duty as the National Security Adviser every transactions carried out with Metuh's company was legal.

Col. Sambo Dasuki went on to tell the court that every payment made to the former PDP national publicity secretary, Metuh or his company passed through due process.

The former national security adviser also told the court that he has never been convicted or charged of illegal activities by any court of competent jurisdiction. Also stated that he answerable to the former president, Goodluck Jonathan, in all his dealings. 

The case was adjourned to December 5th and 6th, this is as Metuh prayed the court to adjourn the case pending when Col. Sambo Dasuku is released, but the court ruled out his plea.

Popular Nigerian musician, Wiskid is reportedly said to be featured in Beyonce's new EP.


Although, none of the two popular musicians has confirmed this report released by so many sources online.

The reports which has gone all rounds the internet have it that the Nigerian popular musician is featured on a song titled; "Younce Riddim."  Meanwhile, the name of the EP is yet to be known.

Although Wiskid nor Beyonce is yet to confirm this report. But it is gathered that on the EP, Rihanna, Jay Z, Wiskid, Nicki Minaj are featured.

Lady disclosed how she and her friend was robbed using Uber

A Facebook user identified as Annabel Fred took to her page to disclose the horrific incident that happened to herself and her friend after they requested for Uber.


Annabel Fred has called out friends using Uber to be very careful as she has faced the worst event in her life with her friend.

Annabel took to her Facebook page to advice friends stating that herself and her girl came back from shoprite and requested for Uber afterwards she and her friend and roobed and almost killed on the process.

She wrote on her timeline;

"Sorry to bother you friends!! But I had to use a friends phone to share this!!! Yesterday I and my friend went to the shoprite to get somethings, when we finished, we came out and ordered for Uber' (it showed 10mins to arrive) so we waited for the Uber arrival.

"Finally a taxi (Acura MDX) stopped in front of us and then I asked if he was the Uber we ordered? Yes I am ma'. He said! Then we both entered and I asked him to start the trip he then said OK and he drive off.

"He drove for sometime and slowed down, when we asked why he slowed down, this car is having issue ma let me check' he said, (please my money is reading o I told him) sorry ma we not on surg, he replied, I then said OK o.

"As he stopped, another guy quickly entered the car then the driver doomed off immediately, sharply I even tried to open the door and run, but all to no avail, then I realised we were in big troubled, my friend started shouting and crying.

"Then one of the guys came to the back seat held her neck so hard that she couldn't even scream then they asked me to give them my phones, (I left my phones at home, I told them) the other guy used his gun to hit my eye (he brought out a small knife, pepperspray and small axe. 

"He asked for the second time, where is your phone? I see 2 phone for your hand, were them dey? Then I have no choice than to give him my phones after seeing blood dropping, he started beating us and asked his friend to give him that handkachief (then the guy driving said his spirit doesn't want him to harm us ) but he should collect everything from us.

"So they collected the things we bought @ the shoprite, they took my friends phones and mine too. Her wrest watch, my neckchain, our hand bags, asked for our ATM cards and thank God none of us came out with it, they searched us and collected the cash we had on us.

"They even collected my friends ear rings, then dumped us on a lonely part. A good Samaritan gave us 1,500 to transport back home we told him what happened. I just had to share this so that we can be very careful this period.

"The mistake we made, was not calling the Uber number to confirm if truly if he was the person. I just want all of you thank God for me o. What if we were killed? Just few weeks to my service and this happened? 2 months to the end of 2017? Wetin our mama for do? Please guys, let's be careful bill!!! Thank you and God bless u. (For now I'd be offline).

Finally Dasuki appears in court as he reveals he has loss memory

The former national security adviser, Sambo Dasuki appeared in court to testify on Metuh trial the former PDP national chairman.


Recall that justice Okon abang of the federal high court, Abuja had requested the present of former NSA boss, Sambo Dasuki and former president, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan in court to testify on Metuh trial.

Reports have it that the former President, Goodluck Jonathan requested for one billion naira as transport allowance that will convail himself and his security personnel to Abuja as he is in his home town, Otueke in Bayelsa State.

The former national security adviser, Sambo Dasuki who arrived the court at about 8:40am on the 1st of November, 2017. When called as witness to come and testify, the NSA boss told the court he will not be testifying due to loss of memory.

Council to the former NSA boss, Ahmed Raji spoke unhave of his client as he stated that due to the two years of the federal government incarceration of his client that he has lost his memory.

Raji also said that, "Access to relevant files, records, and documents required to refresh his memory on any decisions or actions he took or authorised in the course of his duties."

Council to Dasuki also prayed the court to tarry a while in proceeding on the matter pending the determination of the appeal before the court of Appeal in Abuja.

Council to Metuh in his submission agreed with Raji stating that Dasuki needed more time to study the documents so as to be able to testify in all the courts he "Dasuki" is facing charges.

JUST IN; Your actions should not make Nigerians witness another civil war - President Buhari warns

President, Muhammadu Buhari has warned Nigerians not to allow her actions and inactions to experience another civil war.



The President gave the warning to Nigerians on the inauguration of the Armed Forces Remembrance day 2018 Emblem and Appeal Fund in Abuja on Wednesday 1th November, 2017.

President Muhammadu Buhari said;

"The resolve by our countrymen and women to remain in one indivisible and in indissoluble nation. Nigeria is at the center of this celebration.

"Indeed, the remembrance day celebration is been marked on the 15th of January instead of 11th of November as in another commonwealth nations to commemorate the end of the Nigerian civil war.

"A war that was fought to keep Nigeria one. We must therefore, cast our mind back to the event that led to the civil war. The immense human capital loss of the tragic war, and resolve that never again shall we allow our dear nation by our actions and inactions to experience another war."

The president said.

The governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson has reinstated his stance on the call for the country to be restructured as a leader of his people.



Governor Seriake Dickson made this known while responding to questions on the call for restructuring stating that the attitude of the Buhari led federal government on restructuring is what he disagrees.

The governor also revealed that those clamouring for the country to be restructured are true lovers of the country.

His words;

"The present attitude of the federal government and the president on the issue of restructuring is something I disagree with unlike other politicians. I stand with my people and I am in politics not for myself but for the people.

"As a Bayelsan, as a governor of this state, as an ijaw man, and as a Nigerian from the Niger Delta, I believe that this country has to have a meeting to discuss how we can make Nigeria more stable, prosperous and overall yield a Nigeria that can last.

"We love Nigeria those of us clamouring for restructuring are the true lovers of Nigeria. There are those who feel they have advantages to protect, hence they want the status quo maintained but in that case, you are talking about an individual.

"Regional or ethnic interest and not Nigeria's interest. Those who genuinely believe and love Nigeria want a stable, egalitarian and fair Nigeria that we all can call our home.

"Consequently, you do not always have this issue of agitation from time to time."

The Bayelsa State governor said.
