Former US presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton has caution President Muhammadu Buhari over soldiers killing #EndSARS protesters.
The US politician in a tweet via her verified Tweeter Handle caution President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigeria military to stop killing innocent #EndSARS protesters in the country.
"I'm calling on @mbuhari and @hqnigerianarmy to stop killing young #EndSARS protesters."
The US politician via an hashtag called on other world powers to stop Nigeria Government from killing it's youths.
"#StopNigeriaGovernment." She said.
BRAKING: Lagos State Government imposes 24 hours curfew in the State
The Lagos State Governors, Sanwo-Olu has imposed a 24 hours curfew in the state.
The State Governor made this known on Tuesday 20th October, 2020 in a tweet via his verified Tweeter Handle.
He said that the End SARS movement had started peacefully but in the recent time it had turned into monster as criminals have highjacked the peaceful protest to unleash mayhem in the state.
"I have watched with shock how what began as a peaceful #EndSARS protest has degenerated into a monster that is threatening the well-being of our society. Lives and limbs have been lost as criminals and miscreants are now hiding under the umbrella of these protests to unleash mayhem on our state.
"As a government that is alive to its responsibility and has shown a commitment to the movement #ENDSARS, we will not watch and allow anarchy in our dear state.
"I, therefore, hereby impose a 24-hour curfew on all parts of the State as from 4pm today, 20th October,2020. Nobody, except essential service providers and first responders must be found on the streets."

#ENDSARS: Lagos State Governor meets President submits protesters requested
Lagos State Governor, Sanwo olu has met with President Muhammadu Buhari at State house today 13th October, 2020.
Amidst the ongoing #EndSars protest by Nigerian youths that is ongoing in the country, the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu visited president Muhammadu Buhari to submit requests of protesters in the state.
As the protest rocks almost all parts of the country, President Buhari had addressed youths in the country promising that the Nigeria Police will be reformed.
#ENDSARS: Protesters list out 5 demands to Federal Government
Nigerian youths have listed out five (5) demands to the Federal Government to meet.

"1. Immediate release of all arrested protesters.
2. Justice for all deceased victims of police brutality and appropriate compensation for their families.
3. Setting up an independent body to oversee the investigation and prosecution of all reports of police misconduct (within 10 days).
4. In line with the new police act, psychological evaluation and retraining (to be confirmed by an independent body) of all disbanded SARS officers before they can be redeployed.
5. Increase police salary so that they are adequately compensated for protecting lives and property of citizens.

#ENDSARS: One killed, seven injured in Ogbomoso protest - Gov. Makinde
The governor of Oyo state, Governor Seyi Makinde has expressed sadness over the killing of Jimoh Isiaka by men of the Police Force.
Jimoh Isiaka happened to be one of the protesters at Ogbomoso area where large crowd of youths came out to demand the total scrapping of SARS.
The governor in a tweet said that, "I have received with deep sadness the news of the passing of one of our children, Jimoh Isiaka who was shot during the ENDSARS protest in Ogbomoso.
"He later died at Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso earlier today. Also, at this same protest, Abdulrasaq Olawale, Oluwadamilare Gbolohunmi and five other person's sustained injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.
"This situation is highly regrettable. I have contacted the Commissioner of Police, Oyo State, Nwachukwu Enwonwu and other relevant agencies, and investigation into what led to the unfortunate incidence are still ongoing.
"I pray that God grants the parents of Jimoh Isiaka the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
"The ENDSARS protest are a strong indicator, of a systemic failure. It is a failure on the part of those who have been constitutionally empowered to protect the citizens.
"It again calls into question, why are state Governors called Chief Security Officers of their States whereas, they do not have the necessary powers to control the Police Force.
The Governor also stated that he was going to meet with the patents of Jimoh Isiaka.
"I will be paying a personal visit to the Family of Jimoh Isiaka and I promise to pursue the investigation to a logical conclusions.
#Peaceful protest are a big part of our democratic process. The right to freedom of speech and assembly are guaranteed by our constitution, and I will never support any attempt to rob citizens. Or their fundamental human rights.
"I call on all residence of Oyo State to please remain calm. I also call on the police to allow residents of Oyo State protest peacefully without fear of being assaulted.

Popular Nigeria preacher, Apostle Johnson Suleman joins #EndSars protest
Apostle Suleman said that before he will began preaching, he will have a moment of silence in the church for everyone who the Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad (FSARS) has unjustly been killed.
The clergyman also urge all pastors and preachers in the country to do same in making sure they criticise the unlawful practices of men of the operative on youths in the country.
"Tomorrow before preaching, I shall be having a moment of silence for everyone who has unjustly been killed by SARS.
"I advice all pastors to do the same. #EndSars." - Suleman said.

#ENDSARS: President Muhammadu Buhari assures Nigerians of Police reform
The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has assured Nigerians of rebranding the Nigeria Police Force.
The President made this known via his verified Twitter page that he is being briefed regularly on the police reform process that is already ongoing.
President stated that he had received the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu and the Vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo tonight over current situation rocking the police force.
President Buhari also express his determination on reforming Force and ensuring that the Police are fully accountable to the people.
"I met again with the IGP tonight. Our determination to reform the police should never be in doubt.
"I am being briefed regularly on the reform efforts ongoing to end police brutality and unethical conduct, and ensure that the police are fully accountable to the people." He said.
Portharcourt serial killer, Gracious David West sentenced to death by hanging
A Rivers State High Court sitting in Portharcourt today sentenced Gracious David West to death by hanging.
Justice Enebeli passed the judgement on the said confession made by David West and also a CCTV footage of the convicted which was tendered and displayed during trial.
David West was charged with a ten count charge of murder and attempted murder which he, David West was found guilty of the murder of Maureen Ewuru, Jennifer Nwokocha, Blessing Effiong, Linda Warifa Samuel, Dorcas Francis, Kelechi Bridget, Onuoha Rose, Samuel Anthonia Ibe and the attempted murder of Benita Etim.
Recall that the serial killer, Gracious David West murdered somany females in different hotels in Portharcourt which spark up concern in the city as many woman took to the streets of Portharcourt demanding the government intervention in bringing the killer to book.
David West was apprehended by men of the Police Force after committing murder and was on the run as he was declared wanted.

The clergyman made the call via his verified Twitter page that the country needs urgent intervention as to restructuring noting that there is need for the federal government of Nigeria to start addressing agitations in the country.
Pastor Adeboye also advised that the country will be better if it is restructured and called United States of Nigeria.
"Why can’t we have a system of government that will create what I will call the United States of Nigeria? Let me explain.
Daddy Adeboye also said that everybody knows that the country must be restructured and so there is need to do it now.

Federal Government approves resumption of all schools in the country
The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved resumption of all schools in the country from primary to tertiary institutions.
The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu made this known during a press conference on Friday, 2nd October, 2020 that all schools across the country can begin academic activities.
Adamu also stated that unity schools can resume 12th October, 2020 while States and private schools can decide there date of resumption.
