The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu have been granted bail by the federal high court sitting in Abuja today being 25/4/2017 on health grounds.
The presiding George Justice Binta Nyako said Nnamdi Kanun will be released to go home after meeting his bail conditions
Which she stated below:
Nnamdi Kanu must provide three sureties,
1. A serving Senator,
2. A Jewish religious leader and
3. Highly respected person and must own a Land in anywhere in Abuja.
Each surty will pay the sum of N100 million each.
The Indigenous People of Biafra Leader, Nnadi Kanu was also ordered by Justice Binta Nyako not to grant any press interview pending the outcome of his trial.
Justice Binta Nyako went further saying Nnamdi Kanu must not in any reason be seen in the gathering of more than ten persons.
She warned saying if Nnamdi Kanu bridges any of these conditions that his (Nnamdi Kanu) bail will be revoked.
