Breaking: Popular Nigerian music star, Dbanj lost his one year three months old son Daniel D'Third

Popular Nigerian music star has lost his son, Daniel D'Third today to the cold hand of death.


Reports reaching VsXtra blog has it that the popular Nigerian musician, Dbanj's son has died.


Dbanj son, Daniel Oyebanjo III died on sunday 24th June, 2018. According to sources, Daniel Oyebanjo the one year three months old child drowned in a pool at Dbanj ikoyi residence.


Reacting to the incident, the popular music star Dbanj took to his instagram page to write that "Trying Times. But my God is Always and Forever Faithful." 


Daniel remains have since been moved to a morgue at GRA, Ikeja.

Recall that Daniel Oyebanjo had celebrated his first birthday a month ago when his father Dbanj shared lovely photos with his son on his birthday.


May his gentle soul rest in peace. Amen.

BREAKING: Boko Haram fires rockets into crowds in Borno kill at least 31 many injured in Suicide attack

The suspected terrorist group, Boko Haram has carried out a suicide bomb attack on a town located at the northeastern part of Nigeria.


A militia leader and a local official told AFP on Sunday. The terrorist group carried out the attack on Saturday evening in a town called Damboa in Borno State.


The terrorist group carried out two blast targeting people returning from celebrating the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

The terrorist group fired rocket-propelled grenades into the crowds that had gathered at the scene of the attack living at least 31killed and several other injured.


Babakura Kolo the militia leader said, "There were two suicide attacks and rocket-propelled grenade explosion in Damboa last night which killed 31 people and left several others injured. No one needs to be told, this is the work of Boko Haram."


Babakura also stated that the two suicide bombers detonated their explosives in Shuwari and nearby Abachari neighborhoods in the town around 10:45pm killing six residents.


Another eye witness who spoke on condition of anonymity said, "the latest death toll is now 31 but it may increase because many among the injured may not survive. Most of the casualties were from the rocket projectiles fired from outside the town minutes after two suicide bomber attacked." 


He said.



Community members stripped and beat their King to death in Enugu State

A king identified as Igwe Stephen Nwatu has been reportedly beaten to death by members of his community.


The traditional ruler of Ogbosinne autonomous community in Enugu State was said to have been beaten to death by his subjects. TheNation reports.


According to reports, the Paramount ruler Igwe Stephen Nwatu wanted to stop his subjects from attending a scheduled meeting with the State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on Monday.


The King Ordered his driver to overrun his subjects but the driver refused to obey his orders but rather mistakenly knocked down one elderly man and broke his leg with the car.


It was reveled that when the driver tried to reverse the car the angry community members more that 200 formed a mob and descended on the Paramount ruler and beat him mercilessly.


The royal father was later rushed to the Enugu State University Teaching Hospital (ESUTH) parkland where the Paramount ruler, Igwe Stephen died.


The Enugu State Police command Spokesman, Superintendent Ebere Amaraizu confirmed the terrible incident but stated that no arrest has been made yet.

History made today as US President Trump shakes North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un at Capella Hotel

The President of the United States of America and the North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un today made an historic handshake at Capella hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore.


President Donald Trump and Leader Kim Jong Un made an historic handshake today. Recall that over 64 years of making of both countries the both have never come together.


President Trump is the first American President to have given the Northern Leader a welcome handshake at Capella hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore after several exchange of words over North Korea Nuclear Program.


Minutes afterward, at the top of a private one on one session that lasted up to 45 minutes the two leaders sat close to each other and exchanged additional plesantries as conveyed by translators.


After other aides joined them, President Trump said "the two would solve their nuclear dispute. Working together we will get it taken care of."


Replying to President Trumps statement the North Korean Leader also said that "there will be challenges ahead, but we will work with Trump."

Kim Jong Un Arrives Singapore to meet with US President Donald Trump ahead of June 12 Summit

The North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un has arrived in Singapore today ahead of June 12 summit also to meet with his US counterpart President Donald Trump.


History is set to be made by the two leaders. The North Korean leader landed the Singapore airport today to meet with the United States President Donald Trump that could bring to an end a nuclear battle between the two leaders.


Kim Jong Un who arrived the Singapore's Changi airport was received by the Singapore's foreign minister, Vivian Balakrishnan after his long trip overseas wearing his dark Moaoist suit.


The Singapore's foreign minister, Vivian Balakrishnan posted a picture on twitter of him shaking hands with the Korean leader, Kim Jong Un with the tag "Welcomed Chairman Kim Jong Un, who has just arrived in Singapore".

The two leaders will meet on the resort Island of Sentosa on Tuesday as they will be making history having been enemies since 1950 to 1953 Korean War.


Reports have it that the two leaders Kim and Trump have never met nor spoken on the phone.

Drama at National Assembly as senators laugh out loud after 'Transmission' was mentioned in Buhari's letter

On Wednesday 6th June, 2018 President Muhammadu Buhari had forwarded a letter to the National Assembly on its titled was read 'Transmission' that led to the senators burst into laughter.

The Senate President, Bukola Saraki who received the letter began with the titled that included the word 'Transmission' that invoked the senators burst into laughter.

VsXtra gathered that the senate president upon reading the title of the President's letter the Senate President also burst into laughter and then said "let me start again".

President Muhammadu Buhari's letter which was titled: 'Transmission of the Deep Offshore and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contracts Amendment Bill 2018'.

The President's letter reads: "I forward herewith a draft Deep Offshore and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contracts Amendment Bill 2018 for the kind consideration and passage by the senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

"While hoping that the bill will receive the usual expeditious consideration and passage by the senate."

Recall that a video was all over social media where the Inspector General of Police was seen reading a memo in Kano State while commissioning the Police Technical Intelligence Unit in the state.
