Church of Satan blast President Buhari over Benue killing

The church of Satan has accused president Buhari for mentioning 'satanic' in his speech regarding the Benue State killings.


Recall that President Buhari in his condolence speech described the killing of worshipers and two priest at a Catholic church in Ukpo Mbalom Community in Gwe east local government area of Benue State as satanic.
"I extend my sincere condolences to the government and people of Benue State, the Mbalom community and especially the Bishop, priests and members of the St Ignatius Catholic church, whose premises was the unfortunate venue of the heinous killings by gun men.


"This latest assault on innocent persons is particularly dispicable, violating a place of worship, killing priests and worshipers is not only vile, evil and satanic.

"It is clearly calculated to stoke up religious conflict and plunge our communities into endless bloodletting."


The President also stated that the country will not bow to this evildoers as the government will do everything in its power to bring these culprints to face the law.


Reacting to President Buhari statement the Church of Satan took to its twitter handle describing the President as ignorant for stating the situation as satanic.

Senator Dino Malaye arrested at the Abuja airport on his way to Morocco

The renowned Senator representing Kogi west senatorial district, Senator Dino Malaye has been arrested by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).


Senator Dino Malaye was said to be travelling to Morocco for an official engagement sponsored by the federal government 
 
The Senator representing Kogi west revealed this on his twitter handle stating that even his passport has been snatched from him by the security operatives.

"I have just been arrested at the international wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe airport on my way to Morocco for an official engagement sponsored by the federal government after checking in.

The Senator revealed that his passport was been snatched from him but he immediately snatched his passport back.

Police arrest Senator, Omo Agege over Mace theft 😂😂😂

The Nigerian Police Force has arrested suspended Senator, Omo Agege over this morning Mace theft.


The Senator was arrested immediately after the plenary. The law Senate accused Senator Ovie Agege of leading thugs to the chamber that took away the mace while plenary was ongoing.

The National Assembly has been attacked by suspected men of the suspended Senator Ovie Omo Agege early this morning Wednesday 18th April, 2018.


The thugs who were lead by the suspended Senator, Omo Agege APC Delta State central entered the building while plenary was ongoing presided by the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu.
It was gathered that the thugs were in their numbers about 15 of them were matching into the senate house with suspended Senator Omo Agege but 8 of the thugs entered into the chamber while 7 of them were outside.

Vanguard reports according to a source it was revealed that Senator Omo Agege went straight to the chamber, sergeart-at- Arms tried to stop him from entering but they were pushed out, this is as the thugs started shouting "Nigeria belongs to all of us, we are all Nigerians, We have come to bring in our Senator it have his seat as our Senator."

The source also stated that immediately Senator Omo Agege went straight to meet the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu while presiding looking at him eye to eye it was that moment one of the Senators thugs took the mace.

It was also gathered immediately the incident took place some of the Senators ran into the tea room and the thugs beat up the security and Sergeart at Arm and went away with the mace.

Reports also have it that two of the thugs wore brown safari cloths ran out of the main entrance to the Senate lobby and ran into a waiting black Prado Jeep.

Meanwhile after about forty minutes of the commotion the Senate resumed plenary by 12:10pm having gotten another Mace.

Speaking at the resumed sitting the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu stated that the Senate will get to the root cause of the problem and also find a way out.

Senator Ike Ekweremadu also stated that, the present 8th Senate will not be intimidated, adding that as law makers, they will address all the issues in the Order Paper even it means staying till 6pm.

Recal that the Senator representing Delta Central, Senator Omo Agege was suspended last week Wednesday for ninety Legislative days following the Senators kick against the new sequence of election adoption by the upper Chambers which was later alleged to have been targeted at President Buhari 2019 election ambition.

The Iranian supreme leader has come out heavy on the three leaders over the recent joint air strike on Syria tagging them as 'criminals'


Fellowing the recent air strike on Syria by the three world powers, the Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayotollah Ali Khemenei described Trump, May and Macron as 'criminals'.
The Iranian supreme leader stated that the reason at which the President of the United States gave on the recent air strike on the Assad regime was all lies.


"The American President, the French President and the British Prime Minister are all criminals. They will gain nothing from it.

"The American President says he attacked Syria to fight against chemical weapons, he is lying." The leader said.

Tension in Middle East as US, UK and France bombs Syria over chemical weapons attack

The United States of America, United Kingdom and France has carried out attack on syria over several use of chemical weapons on its citizens.


The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump on Friday night 13 April, 2018 while addressing the nation said he has ordered the U.S military to carry out a precision strick on Syria.
President Donald Trump stated that the strick was in response to last weekend's chemical weapon attack by the Syrian president, Bashar al-Assad regime that left many dead.


"A short time ago, I ordered the United States armed forces to launch a precision strikes on targets associated with the chemical weapons capabilities of Syrian dictator, Bashar al-Assad.

"A combined operation with the armed forces of France and the United Kingdom is now underway. The massacre" that was in Syria last weekend "was a significant escalation in a pattern of chemical weapons use by that very terrible regime.


"The evil and the despicable attack left mothers and fathers, infants and children thrashing in pain and gasping for air. These are not the action of a man. They are crimes of a monster instead.

"To Iran and to Russia I ask, what kind of a nation wants to be associated with the mass murder of innocent men, women and children?


"The nations of the world can be judge by the friends they keep. No nation can succeed in the long run by promoting rogue states, brutal tyrants and murderous dictators.

"In 2013 President Vladimir Putin and his government promised the world that they would guarantee the elimination of Syria's chemical weapons. Assad's recent attack and today's response are the direct result of Russia failure to keep that promise.


"Russia must decide if it will continue down this dark path or if it will join civilised nations as a force for stability and peace. Hopefully, someday we will get along with Russia and maybe even Iran, but maybe not."

President Trump also stated that, the United States military in Syria will not remain there forever as they look forward in bringing them back home.


"We look forward to the day when we can bring our warriors home. We cannot purge the world of evil or act everywhere there is tyranny. No amount of American blood or treasure can produce lasting peace in the Middle East.

"We pray that God will bring comfort to those suffering in Syria. We pray that God will guide the whole region toward a future of dignity and of peace.


"And we pray that God will continue to watch over and bless the United States of America. 

Meanwhile the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Theresa May in a statement said, 

"The Syrian regime has a history of using chemical weapons against its own people in the most cruel and abhorrent way. And a significant body of information including intelligence indicates the Syria regime is responsible for this latest attack." She said.


Also the French President, Emmanuel Macron also said in a statement that the continued use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime can no longer be tolerated.

"We cannot tolerate the normalisation of the use of chemical weapons which is a threat to the security of the Syrian people and our collective security." 


He said.

A Twitter user uploaded photos of the minister in a lavish ceremony commissioning an ATM. Those present were members of the press and other invited guests.

Enugu boils as suspected herdsmen attack community guard

Suspected herdsmen has attacked a security guard in Akpanku Community of Aninri Local Government Area of Enugu State.


Vanguard reports that the community was aatacked on Monday 2, April 2018 living a security guard with substantial injury.
Reports also have that the suspected herdsmen were passing through the community when they saw a mango tree located at the compound of one Barrister Eric Ogudu and started plunging the fruits.


When one of the security guard tried to stop them it was gathered the herdsmen refused and it resulted to commotion as the herdsmen used machetes on the security guard.

A resident who spoke on condition of anonymity said.


"The herdsmen and their cattle were passing through the community when suddenly, the herdsmen entered inside the compound of one Barrister Eric Ogudu and started mangoes in the compound.


"The security guard in the compound tried to stop them and they refused and in the ensuing commotion, the herdsmen gave him several machete cuts on his arms and shoulder. The guard started shouting Fulani people have killed me.


"And immediately the attention of the people were drawn and the villagers that came out started pursuing them and they ran into the bush." He said.


Meanwhile, confirming the attack the spokesperson for the police in Enugu State, Ebere Amaraizu said "The police have commenced investigation into the matter. This is as men of the Nigerian Police Force has been deployed to the community to calm the youths after Eric notified the Police about the horrific incident.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has released names of people who looted the country's fund on Sunday.


On Sunday 1st of April the Federal Government of Nigeria released names of people who has looted the country's treasury.
In a statement issued in Lagos by the minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed on Sunday April 1st said that those complaining that the list was too short do not understand that it was a tip of the iceberg.


"Apparently, this does not mean anything to people whose style is to comment on issues they barely understand or just to shoot down anything coming from the government. Adding that the Federal Government has lots of looters on its list.


"What was the PDP expecting when it challenged the Federal Government to name the looters of the public treasury under the party's watch? Did the PDP actually believe that the massive looting under it's watch was a joke? Did they think it is April fool? He queried.

It is also reported that she is also involved in the Strategic Alliance Contract of the NNPC, where the firm of Omokore and Kola Aluko got oil blocks involving about $3 billion but never paid taxes.
