Former police commissioner warns Nnamdi Kanu as Arewa quit notice a drum of war

Abubakar Tsav, a former Lagos state police commissioner has thrown his weight on the ongoing agitation for the republic of Biafra led by the indigenous people of Biafra.

The former Lagos state police commissioner louded the south east leaders for keeping mute on the way the leader of indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu is going with his agitation for a republic of Biafra.

Read statement:

"Every person who was born before 1960 knows exactly what has happened in this country we had this problem when there was a military coup and only a section of this country was targeted. There leaders and senior military officers were killed by a section of the society and these people happened to be the Igbo's.

"Aguyi ironsi was made the president and he came and unified the whole country without consultation with anybody then there was this counter coup and that was when the problem started and the Arewa people started agitating that 'Araba' 'Araba' that was the genesis of the problem.

"As regard asking people to go back to there place of origin, it is not the arewa people that started it. It was the Igbo's that started it, it was the igbos who invited every Igbo man living in other places to go back to the east and that was the beginning of the war.

"And that was when I was a young police inspector, that was why we were transfered from Lagos to Kaduna to replace those Igbo's that answered to that call.

"So the call by the Arewa youths is reminding us of the sad old days and it is not good. They must have done it out of anger and frustration because upon all that these Igbo's have gained in this country everyday they keep insulting and abusing us calling us all manner of names and we have distinguished Nigerians among the Igbo's who ordinarily should call these people to order but they are not calling them to order.

"I remember I saw a video where Ojukwu said he did not regret fighting for Biafra but he also advised the Igbo that nobody should try to do that again because with the number of people who died and the number of people who lost their properties it was not worth it.

"He said in that video that he was proud to lead the Biafran war but that he wouldn't advise anybody to go that way again, but when Kanu started, nobody among the prominent Igbo said anything to condemn it. They were allowing Kanu to say what ever he wants.

"I want to appeal to all the leaders in this country be it Igbo leaders, Arewa leaders, Yoruba leaders and others to try and douse this tension. If the Arewa youths should insist that Igbo's should go back to their area, we are creating another avenue for civil war. And no country fights two civil war and survive it."

He said.

Arewa youths calls for Nnamdi Kanu arrest immediately over NO election statement in Biafra land

Following the Leader of indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the Arewa youths has called on the Federal government of Nigeria to get Nnamdi Kanu arrested over his statement.

In a recent statement made to news men in Abuja and signed by the groups leader, Alhaji Gambo Ibrahim Gujungu he queried why the leaders most especially in the south eastern part of Nigeria will keep quiet and watch Nnamdi Kanu continue with his hate speeches.

Noting that the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has violated his bail conditions severally and nothing is been done about it and as such the federal government should get him arrested.

Read statement below:

"But it is unfortunate that the federal government and even leaders of thoughts and politicians and especially those of Igbo's extraction have not deemed it necessary to condemn Nnamdi Kanu or call him to order.

"We are also amused on while the call for the arrest of the Northern youths is still on, nobody is saying anything about Nnamdi Kanu's provocative of other Nigerians.

"To add salt to injury, this is someone who has severally violated his bail conditions with reckless abandon and he is walking free."

He said.

Chief Femi Fani Kayode blast President Buhari audio call says, It is an INSULT using Hausa language to address over 180 million Nigerians Calls him a Spirit

The former minister of aviation, chief Femi Fani Kayode has expressed his disappointment over the recent audio call made by president Buhari on his  Eid-el-fitr message to all Muslim faithfuls and Nigerians.

Reacting to the audio message made by the president, Fani Kayode has taken to his Facebook page to express his disappointment on the level at which the president has made Niherians wonder if the president is still alive as claimed through the audio message.

Fani Kayode also queried the presidents audio message asked if Obasanjo, Goodluck Jonathan can not address the nation on Christmas day with ijaw or Yoruba languages, louding the president as Hausa is not the lingua franca of Nigeria.

Read his Facebook post bellow:

"A VOICE FROM THE GRAVE

"It is obvious to me that it is not our beloved president Mohammadu Buhari that spoke in yesterdays sallah day audio recording. And for who ever it was to address the nation in hausa language is deeply insulting. Hausa is not the lingua franca of Nigeria.

"Can you imagine Obasanjo, Shonekan or Jonathan sending the Nigerian people a Christmas in Yoruba or the ijaw language respectively?

"Can you imagine Azikiwe, Ironsi address the Nigerian people in Igbo? In a nation of almost 200 million people can there be anything more shameful than what those behind this monstrous scam and repugnant exercise in deciet and deception have done?

"A few weeks ago I told the nation that Nigeria was now operating a system known as 'corpsocrasy' (which means "the rulership of the living by the dead") and now we are seeing the full blown manifestation of it.

"That creepy and frighting voice from the grave which we heard in that audio message is the strange and invisible entity that now rules our nation even though its owner, more likely than not, is long gone and stone-cold dead.

"We are been ruled by a strange spirit and an elusive ghost that reside in an unknown location in the United Kingdom. And in the last 50 days that this strange spirit has taken up residence in the United Kingdom that nation has suffered one form of tragedy or the other.

"If it is not a brutal terrorist attack with bombs, cars or knives it is an avoidable raging fire in which many were gassed to death by cyanide and then burnt alive in the sanctity of their homes.

"Whenever that strange spirit and voice from the grave resides it appears to bring bad luck, tragedy, bloodshed, disaster and tears. Is this not what the Holy Bible discribe as the spirit of Achan? Is it not an accursed thing? Is this not witchcraft and voodoo? in its purest and most unadulterated form? Is this not diabolical?

"Is this not a national disgrace and a self-inflicted moral crisis and disaster? Do these people have any honor, any dignity or any self-respect?

"Is there anything these vicious, ruthless, bloodthirsty and relentless cabal of ethnic irredentists and religious bigots not prepared to do to hold on to power in the name of a helpless and dying man?

"Must they hold this nation to ransom in an attempt to prove that they are born to rule and we are born to be slaves? Must they rule us both when they are alive and even when they are dead? When did Nigeria fall into the bestial grip of this barbarous form of deep and mystical occultism?

"It appears that we are all under a spell. This enchantment is so deep and powerful that no-one even complains about what is nothing less than a brutal rape and sacrilegious assault on our collective pysche and national sensibilities?

"May God forgive us for what ever it is we have done as a nation and as a people to deserve these insults and this shame and ridicule.

"May that strange voice from the grave be forever silent and may our nation be ruled by the living and not the dead."

Northern youths in an open letter begs Acting President, Osinbajo to please let the Igbos have Biafra

A coalition of Northern youths has written to the acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to please allow the Igbo's to go with Biafra.

In a recent letter sent to the acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo the northern youths pleaded with the acting President to let the Igbo's go freely as to actualize the ancient nation called Biafra.

The letter which was signed by the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum, Shettima Yerima, Aminu Adam,  Nastaru Ashir Sharif, Viashman Joshua and Abdul-Azeez Suleiman.

The letter reads:

"Though we do not doubt your Excellency's bonafide concerns for the peaceful resolution of the crisis we nevertheless have reservations as for the efficacy of this approach in ensuring lasting solution. Our doubt are informed by the following historical antecedent that have characterized the behavior and conduct of the Igbo's in Nigeria and previous efforts at containing them.

"The Igbo of eastern Nigeria manifested their hatred for the unity of Nigeria barely 5 years after we gained our inconfessed e from the British, when on January 15, 1966 their army officers carried out the first ever mutiny that marked the beginning of a series of crisis which has profoundly altered the course of Nigeria's history.

"By that ill motivated cowardly and deliberate action, the Igbo killed many northern officers from the rank of lieutenant colonel and also decapitated the prime minister and the political leadership of the north and western regions but left the zenith of the Igbo leadership at the federal level and living the eastern region intact.

"In line with the Igbo plan, General Aguyi Ironsi took advantage of the vacuum and, instead of returning power to the remnants of the first republic government he appropriated the coup and attempted to consolidate it to his people.

"Army officers from the northern region were eventually compelled to execute a counter coup on July 29, 1966 following a coordinated series of brazen provocation from the Igbo who taunting northerners on northern streets by mocking the way leaders of the regions were slain by the Igbo's, this unfortunately resulted in mob action which resulted to the death of many Igbo's.

"And when Lt. Col. Yakubu Gowon from the north took over as head of state fellowing the counter coup, the Igbo through Lt. Col. Ojukwu, characteristically refused to recognise Gowon.

"Ojukwu declared the succession of the Igbo people from Nigeria with the formation of the republic of Biafra on may 30th, 1967 resulting in a civil war that led to the tragic death of more than 2 million Nigeria.

"Concerned by the fact that Biafrans to arming themeselves to a violent breakup, we feel that it is risky for the rest of the country particularly for the north to keep pretending that it is up for us to co habitate with the Igbo's given how deeply they are entrenched to our societies.

The northern youths went further to remind the acting president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo that the igbos had occupied many cities in the north as such should decide through a referendum

"And since evidently the Igbos have not been sufficiently humbled by their self imposed bloody civil violence of 1966, we are strongly concerned that nothing short of granting their biafran dream will suffice.

"And since the igbos have virtually infiltrated every nook and cranny in the northern Nigeria where they have been received with open arms as fellow compatriots, we believe that the region is no longer safe and secure in the light of the unfolding threats, and the fact that for a long time the igbos have gone extraordinary length to ensure that their domain in the south East, Northerners and Westerners are as possible disenfranchised from owning any business whereas in Kanu alone, they own not less than 100, 000 shops across all the business districts.

"That since the younger generations of Nigeria makes up of more than 60 per cent of the nations population, it is our hope that they inherit this country in good shape so that they can build a much better future for themselves and their offspring in an atmosphere that is devoid of anarchy, hate, suspicion and negativity that characterize the polarized, and clearly irreconcilable differences forced on us by the biafran Igbo's.

"As the Igbo's agitation persist and assume threatening dimension, we submit that there is need to ensure that they are given the opportunity to exercise the right to self-determination as entrenched in the aforementioned international statutes as Nigeria is a signatory.

"Aware that the right to self determination in international law is the legal right for a people that allows them to attain a certain degree of autonomy from a sovereign state through a legitimate political process, we strongly demand for a referendum to take place in a politically sane atmosphere were all parties will have a democratic voice over their future and the future of the nation.

"The Igbo's from all over the country and in the diaspora should be advised to converge in their region in the South East for a presbisite to be organised and conducted by the United Nations and other regional bodies for them to categorically to decide between remaining part of Nigeria or having their separate countries. That government should at the end of the presbite implement whatever is agreed and resolved in order to put this matter finally to rest.

"Lastly, we pray His Excellency to study the references forwarded with this letter dispassionately and decide who is more in the wrong between those who openly pledge allegiance to a country other than Nigeria backing it up with persistent threats of war, and those of us whose allegiance is with the Nigerian state but simply urge that the successionist be allowed to accualize their dream peacefully through universally entrenched democratic option".

They wrote to the acting president, prof. Yemi Osinbajo.

Finally Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo Issue Statement over 3 Months Ultimatum given to all Igbo's in the North says it is a must you remain together

The acting president prof. Yemi Osinbjo has describe Nigeria unity as a marriage were both parties querrel and later settle there differences and come together and happily remain as one family.

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo who attended the marriage ceremony of the dauther of former APC national leader, Bisi Akande said the two couples need to understand that some times quarrels do happen in marriages even as it also happens to nations.

Insisting that the both couple will really have to build there the marriage on prayer.

The acting president said:

"Today is a special one for wale and wura, marriage is a very large institution that requires a lot of prayers.

"It is the same marriage that nations go through, Our nation has been in marriage for a while now, sometimes there are quarrels within that marriage, sometimes there is disagreement, what is important is that you must remain together, you must remain united."
He said
