JUST IN: Atiku Abubakar in close door meeting with Ex military head of state,General Ibrahim Babangida

The former vice president, Atiku Abubakar has just arrived the city of Mina to meet with the ex-military leader, General Ibrahim Babangida in his home town.

Atiku Abubakar arrived at Mina airport this after at about 12:40pm. He was received by the deputy governor of Niger State, Ahmed Ketso, PDP state chairman, Barrister Tanko Beji and other party members channels TV reports.


The former vice president, Atiku Abubakar arrived the uphill residence of ex- military leader, General Babangida as they currently holding a close door meeting.


Although, the meeting between the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar and General Babangida is yet to be known but there are indications that Atiku's visit may not be in connection with his political ambition ahead of the National Convention of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) coming up soon.


Atiku Abubakar had two weeks ago decamped from the ruling All Progressive Party(APC), accusing the party of failed governance and not taking the youths into governance.
