We demand an immediate response from the Nigerian government the whereabout of Nnamdi Kanu - British government

The British government has demanded the whereabout of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu from the Nigerian government.



Speaking through the British high commission in Nigeria, Joe Abuku expressed deep concern over the whereabout of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

Joe Abuku in an email said that the British government seek for clarification from the Nigerian government of a British-Nigerian man who was reportedly missing since army invasion into his residence since on the 14 September, 2017.

Recall that the Indigenous people of Biafra leader, Mazi Nnamdi's home Afara Ukwu, Umuahia in Abia state was raded by men of the Nigerian army on the 14th of September, 2017 and ever since Nnamdi Kanu's whereabout remains unknown.

Responding to the whereabout of the IPOB leader, Joe Abuku said;

"We are seeking urgent clarification from the Nigerian authorities the status and whereabouts of Mr. KANU, a British-Nigerian man who has been reported missing since September 14."

Although the Defence headquarters has denied rumors that the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu is in their custody as false.
