Orji Uzor Kalu dares the North says if any Igbo indigene is touched we will go to war and I will lead the war - Kalu warns the North.

The former governor of Abia state has raised an alarm over quit notice issued to Igbo's indigens residing in the North by groups of Northern youths called the Coalition of Northern youths.



Orji Uzor Kalu, while on interview on AIT warned those behind the quit notice that the Igbo's will go to war and he will lead the war if any Igbo person is killed or touced.



The ex governor assured all Igbo's living in the North to go about there normal duties as nobody can touch them as Nigeria belongs to everybody.

He said:

"Nobody can touch Igbo's because this is our country, if anybody kills any of our brothers we will go and fight back, we will not take it likely that anybody kills any of us and then you will tell us to go and take it lightly again?

"No, we will not take that. Anybody that touches any igbo man because of the quit notice, the country will go into war and I will lead the war if any Igbos are touched.

"The quit notice mean nothing, I know when Northerners speaks I will see their hand when they speak I was trained by them so I know when they are serious. No responsible Northern leader will do that, did Adamu Ciroma say so? Did Babangida say so? Did President Abdulsalem say so? Will Aliko support that? 

"Only people who are looking for cheap popularity, When you say Northern elders, I don't know weather Sultan, Emir of Kanu and his likes are asking us to quit, We will quit we are not afraid of quitting. But Nigeria's unity is more important."

Kalu said.
