BIAFRA: Finally Nnamdi Kanu freed from Kuje Prison goes home after two years in detention

The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu have been freed to go home on bail.



Nnamdi Kanu who was arrested by the department of state security service (DSS) have been in detention since 2015.

He was granted bail by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal high Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday April 26, 2017.

Justice Binta slammed Kanu with bail conditions which Nnamdi Kanu was ask to provide a serving senator, a Jewish religious leader and a well respected person having a property in Abuja each to pay the sum of one hundred million naira each.

Senator Ike Ekweremadu who assisted in perfecting Nnamdi Kanu's bail conditions and Senator Abaribe stood as one of the surety to Nnamdi Kanu and was freed to go home on bail on Friday 28, April 2017.

After perfecting all bail conditions former minister, Osita Chidoka was seen driving Nnamdi Kanu home.

Former Senate President, Dr. Ken Nnamani Slam IPOB says go back to School agitating on the street will not give you Biafra

The former senate president, Dr. Ken Nnamani has called on IPOB and every other organization agitating for the restoration of the state of Biafra to stop. 



The former senate president who was speaking at the launching of a book,  titled: "The Audacity of power and the Nigeria Presidency" in Abuja 27/4/2017. Lamented why young people are agitating for a separate state called Biafra rather than be in school.

His words:

"Those of us from south east had nothing to be ashamed of, our case was reviewed and still going under construction as a building. Some other places that did not experience the war are not doing better than us, I am one of the last persons that will encourage anybody to agitate for another war.

"If you look at the structures here in Abuja, the notable hotels and structures, statistically speaking belong to the southerners and that tells you how enterprising our people are.

"I was in Abeokuta recently for the launch of a book called the "Yoruba Agenda." The book was about restructuring and not exiting from the union.

"Each geopolitical zone should develop at its own pace. Our people should take that message home.

"Igbo's fought Biafra war but go back to Igbo land and see the business and other developmental activities going on there. I want to discourage our people from the idea of having our young ones who ought to be in school littered all over streets agitating for Biafra.

"Look at the Jews who are not up to five percent of population in the United States but are politically efficient in the scheme of things in the country." He said.

The ex minister of aviation Chief Femi Fani Kayode have reacted over US role in the 2015 General election.



The US Embassy earlier Responding to claims that the Obama led US government played a major role in making Goodluck Jonathan lost the election to his opponent, Buhari now the Nigerian President.

The Embassy debunk such claim says: "The Obama administration played no role on assisting Buhari win the presidential election."

The former Minister who took to his Facebook page reacting to the statement made by the US embassy in Abuja.

Said: "The US embassy in Abuja has said that the Obama admin. Played no role on assisting Buhari to win the 2015 election. This is a lie.

"Someone should ask them who paid David axelrod's PR company $10 million for int. PR and advice for Buhari and the APC where the money came from.

"Ask them what Obama's NSA, Susan Rice, told our own NSA, sambo dasuki and our minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Orubebe. Ask them what John Kerry told Jonathan behind closed doors.

"Ask them why they refused to sell us arms to fight BH or classify BH as a terrorist organization until late 2014.

The ex minister went further to say, "what Obama did to us was nothing short of regime change and he did it without firing a bullet.

"God and the American people rewarded him a couple years later by raising President Donald Trump and Trumping him and his democrats into oblivion in the American Presidential election." He said.

BIAFRA: Nnamdi Kanu's Parents rejects bail conditions demand unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu

The embattled leader of Indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu who was granted bail on health ground by Justice Binta Nyako.




Nnamdi Kanu's Parents, His royal highness and his wife, Eze Isreal Kanu and Ugoeze Kanu has rejected the bail conditions given to their son by Justice Binta Nyako of High Court sitting in Abuja.

Eze Isreal Kanu argued that his son, Nnamdi Kanu did not wrong and as such should be released unconditionally.

According to Vanguard news the King insisted that the bail conditions his like giving and taking back.

His words: "the bail conditions is like giving something and taking it back with the other hand, the IPOB leader must be set free.

"The federal government should release my son unconditionally, the world should judge the bail conditions if they are proper or not. He said.

Ugoeze Kanu, Nnamdi Kanu's Mother also argued bitterly on the bail conditions as she insisted her son must be freed unconditionally.

 She said:"My son's activities have showed the world Biafra problems in Nigeria as No retreat no surrender, the same way God delivered Isreal from Egypt he will also deliver Biafra from Nigeria". She said.

A Federal high court sitting in Abuja today granted the leader of indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) bail on health grounds.



The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu have been granted bail by the federal high court sitting in Abuja today being 25/4/2017 on health grounds.

The presiding George Justice Binta Nyako said Nnamdi Kanun will be released to go home after meeting his bail conditions 

Which she stated below:

Nnamdi Kanu must provide three sureties, 
1. A serving Senator, 
2. A Jewish religious leader and 
3. Highly respected person and must own a Land in anywhere in Abuja.
Each surty will pay the sum of N100 million each.

The Indigenous People of Biafra Leader, Nnadi Kanu was also ordered by Justice Binta Nyako not to grant any press interview pending the outcome of his trial.

Justice Binta Nyako went further saying Nnamdi Kanu must not in any reason be seen in the gathering of more than ten persons. 

She warned saying if Nnamdi Kanu bridges any of these conditions that his (Nnamdi Kanu) bail will be revoked.

The senior special assistant to president Buhari on Media and Publicity has reacted to the incident that occurred between President Buhari CSO and the Punch reporter on the 24th of April 2017.

The President's Senior assistant on Media and Publicity took to his twitter handle reacting on the Punch reporter dismissal from Aso Villa by President Buhari's Chief Security Officer. 

He said: 
"An amicable solution would be found to The Punch reporter matter. President Buhari does not intend to mussle the Media in any way.

Femi Adesina denied any knowledge on the said action taken by President Buhari Chief Security Officer on The Punch reporter.

IPOB: Jubilation as Isreal Finally Recognises Biafra

The indigenous people of Biafra have expressed Its joy and happiness on the prime minister of Isreal, Benjamin Natanyahu 



According to daily post, Benjamin Natanyahu the prime minister of isreal had earlier in his speech on Holocaust remembrance celebration day in Jerusalem mention Biafra and said Biafra is a sad history,

The minister who also said the world have turned deaf hears over the continues killings of innocent Biafran civilians.

In reacting to the said statement made by the prime minister of Isreal, the Indigenous People of Biafra have expressed joy and happiness on the agitation for the state of Biafra.

In a statement signed by the groups spokesman, Emma Powerful he said: 

"After nearly 50 years of blindfold diplomacy when Britain actively connived with Nigeria to blind the world to the horrors and atrocities committed by Gowon, Obasanjo, Buhari at all, the world is slowly waking up to their responsibility of accepting the fact that Britain sponsored the Gowon administration to commit mass murder against Biafrans and Igbos in particular.

"Yesterday, 23 April 2017, marks the first day the name Biafra has been mentioned in public by a major world leader. 

“Mentioning Biafra in Jerusalem during his speech, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reinforced holocaust signified our belief in the inevitability of the restoration of Biafra in the near future.

"Biafra nation will be the greatest ally of Israeli because blood is and will always be thicker than water. We are aware that Israel will always love Biafra because they are waiting to see the emergence of a credible Biafran group and leadership, they will speak.

North Korean Missile test failed to launch as it Explodes on celebration of the 105 birthday of Late founder Kimññ

North Korean missile has exploded during launch on Sunday, U.S. and South Korean officials said, a high-profile failure that comes as a powerful U.S. aircraft supercarrier approaches the Korean Peninsula in a show of force.




It was not immediately clear what kind of missile was test-fired from the east coast city of Sinpo. But the failure will sting in Pyongyang because it comes a day after one of the biggest North Korean propaganda events of the year celebrations of the 105th birthday of late North Korea founder Kim Il Sung, the current leader's grandfather.

The North's test firing can be seen as a message of defiance to the Trump administration in Washington, coming as it does on the day U.S. Vice President Mike Pence is set to arrive in Seoul for talks on North Korea.

President Donald Trump was uncharacteristically quiet about the failed launch. In a statement, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said:

Trump and his military team "are aware of North Korea's most recent unsuccessful missile launch. The president has no further comment."

US has launched Fifty-nine Tomahawk cruise missiles at Syria 


The strike is coming after suspected chemical attack in Idlib province Pentagon says Syria violated its obligations under the chemical weapons convention 


About 86 people, including 27 children, were killed after a suspected poison gas attack on the rebel-held town of Khan Sheikhoun in Idlib province In retaliation for a chemical weapons attack that killed scores of civilians, the United States has attacked Syria with dozens of cruise missile strikes at a government-controlled airbase.

According to Al-Jazeera, the Pentagon said 59 Tomahawk missiles hit at 3:45am on Friday morning Shayrat airfield in Homs province, from where they believe the Syrian jets that dropped the chemicals on a rebel-held town in Idlib province had taken off.

Syrian state TV also reported a US missile attack on a number of military targets, calling it an "act of aggression."

The strikes, launched from two warships in the Mediterranean Sea, targeted the base's airstrips, hangars, control tower and ammunition areas, officials said.

It was the first direct military action the US has taken against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's forces in the six-year war.

Syria's opposition National Coalition hailed the US strike, saying it puts an end to an age of "impunity" and should be just the beginning.

The US said initial indications were that the missiles had severely damaged or destroyed Syrian aircraft and support infrastructure and equipment at the airfield.

VsXtra gathered that at least 86 people, including 27 children, were killed after a suspected poison gas attack on the rebel-held town of Khan Sheikhoun in Idlib province on Tuesday, according to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The attack drew widespread international condemnation and public revulsion, prompting the United Nations to pledge it would investigate it as a possible war crime. 

The Syrian government denied carrying out the raid. Russia, a key military ally of the Assad government, has blamed the opposition, saying a government shell hit a building where rebels were producing chemical weapons. The rebels deny this.

"There can be no dispute that Syria used banned chemical weapons, violated its obligations under the chemical weapons convention and ignored the urging of the UN Security Council," Trump said.
